Facilities Included With Your Office Rental

When you rent a serviced office at Lion Court, you also get access to:

Reception – the reception area is staffed from 09:00 – 17:00 Monday-Friday, so that your visitors are greeted in a courteous manner and are comfortable while they wait.
Kitchen Area – a fully-equipped kitchen, with fridge, fresh coffee, cooker, microwave and crockery for your and your visitors’ use. The kitchen area also has three bistro-style tables for use from 09:00 – 17:00 Monday-Friday.
Shower and Lockers – separate men’s and ladies’ showers and lockers are available for the use of office clients at any time.
Free Private Parking - our car park is only for the use of Lion Court's residents and visitors

The following are also available to office clients at an extra charge:

Secretarial Services – our fully-trained on-site secretarial services can help take the strain out of any businesss admin.
Telephone Answering – our receptionist can take all of your telephone calls – answered, of course, in your company’s name.
Printing and Copying – our A3 colour laser printer and copier is available over the network for producing professional material.
IT Support – highly-skilled IT specialists are on-hand to assist with any technology-related issues.
